Information used by the platform
The platform stores account details, verification status, selected profile fields, profile visibility, opportunity and application records, CV references, messages, reports and payment-related access records. WooCommerce and the selected gateway handle orders and payment processing. Message notifications and verification emails are sent through the site’s email provider.
Where files are stored
CVs, avatars and chat PNGs upload directly from the browser to the configured Uploadcare project. WordPress stores file identifiers and metadata, not a local copy of file bytes. Ordinary Uploadcare CDN links are shareable and are not private signed download links. A public avatar may be displayed on a profile; CVs are not displayed publicly by the platform and are shared with an organization when the player applies.
Who can see what
Public profile visibility is opt-in. Profile fields you publish may be accessible to anyone. Application information is available to the submitting player and the relevant organization. Conversation access is restricted to participants through the platform; reported conversations can be reviewed by authorized administrators. A recipient can retain a CDN link or copy of a file they have received.
Retention and deletion
The initial message-retention setting is 365 days, configurable by the administrator. Open reports may hold conversations for review. Unattached files older than seven days are eligible for cloud deletion by the scheduled cleanup; files referenced by profiles, applications or messages are retained while referenced. Database backups, payment records and legal retention requirements need separate operator policies. CDN invalidation and cached copies are subject to the provider’s behavior.
Account and privacy requests
Contact platform support for access, correction, export, deletion or an account closure request. The included WordPress privacy tools export profile data, submitted applications, authored messages and uploaded-file references. Erasure may retain minimal transaction identifiers and open reports for review. The operator must check remote file removal, order-retention rules and any applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sign-in, security and cart/checkout sessions. Uploadcare receives connection details when you upload or view a hosted file. Add your actual email, payment, hosting, analytics and other processors and any required cookie choices before launch.
