Platform terms — owner review required
1. What the platform provides
Continental Game provides football profiles, opportunity listings, applications, messaging and paid platform access. Unless separately agreed in a reviewed written contract, using the platform does not establish an agency representation relationship or guarantee a trial place, contract, employment or visa.
2. Eligibility and conduct
Accounts in this release are for adults aged 18 or over. Members must provide accurate information, respect others, keep access credentials secure and avoid misleading offers, harassment, unlawful content or requests for sensitive personal documents. Organizations must have authority to publish each opportunity and comply with applicable licensing, sporting and employment rules.
3. Memberships and fees
The checkout identifies the product, currency, tax and amount charged. Fixed-term memberships require a new purchase to renew; they do not charge automatically. Any recurring plan must clearly identify its renewal schedule and cancellation process at checkout. Opportunity access fees may be separate from membership. A purchase alone does not submit an application. All checkout funds are received by the site operator; automatic vendor payouts are not provided by this release.
4. Applications and outcomes
Players choose whether to share a CV with a listing organization. The organization controls its selection process. Members should independently confirm listing information and participation arrangements. The site may review, reject, close or remove listings and suspend accounts for safety or policy reasons.
5. Uploads and conversations
Files are hosted by Uploadcare, not copied to the web host. Ordinary CDN URLs can be opened by anyone with the link. Do not upload confidential or sensitive documents. Conversations are access-controlled at the platform level but are not end-to-end encrypted. Reported conversations can be reviewed by site administrators.
6. Required operator-specific terms
Before launch, the operator must insert: full legal entity and contact information; jurisdiction; refund, cancellation and consumer-rights rules; handling of disputes and access removal; recurring billing disclosures, if used; and the effective date. Enable registration and publish paid plans only after that review.
